主要从事有机/无机半导体物理、器件及其在智能感知微系统中的集成应用;专注于电子激子光子之间的转换效率,半导体物理现象及其应用,半导体器件电学和光学的仿真模拟;在发光二极管、晶体管、红外探测器、太阳能电池、光子晶体等领域发表SCI研究论文36篇,包括:Nature Photonics, Nature Materials, Nature Communications, Advanced Materials, Advanced Optical Materials, ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces, Journal of Materials Chemistry C, Applied Physics Letters etc., 引用超过1000次,H因子为21
